"The Old Okie Workshop" name is just a play on words with the PBS series "The New Yankee Workshop".   In no way do I compare myself to Norm Abram. He was the first to create DIY maker content and he gave inspiration to the many makers on YouTube.  Back before the Internet and YouTube I used to watch him on Saturday morning PBS. I am a retired individual who has had a life long interest in woodworking as a hobby.  Now that I am retired it gives me something to do that I enjoy. So as a way to support my hobby, I am making items available for sale to the public. I am just a one man shop working out of my garage so what you see is what you get.
