SalesDig App is what is called a Progressive Web App which is a type of web application that uses modern web technologies to deliver a user experience similar to native mobile or desktop apps. The app is an extension of your web browser with added capabilities.

Smart Phones

• Works on all Android phones and browsers
• Note: iOS only supports PWAs through Safari (not Chrome or Firefox)
• On iOS, the PWA has some limitations (e.g., no push notifications until iOS 16.4+)

Desktop Users

• Works on most browsers except Windows Explorer
• Windows Edge works fine
• Mac will install the app but push notifications don't work

Once the app is installed go to the Dashboard and click the button that says allow push notifications. When this is done then you can receive notifications whenever someone sends you a message.
